look的用法小归纳

　　1. 用作连系动词，意为“看起来”“好像”，注意以下用法：

　　(1) 其后可接名词、形容词、过去分词、介词短语等作表语。如：

　　That looks an interesting book. 那好像是本有趣的书。

　　He looked in good health. 他看起来身体极好。

　　(2) it looks 后可接 as if 从句。如：

　　在口语或非正式文体中，可用like代替as if。如：

　　(3) 有时可接不定式to be作表语，但较少见。如：

　　(4) 用于 look forward to, 表示“期待”“盼望”，其中的to是介词，而不是不定式符号，所以其后的宾语可以是名词、代词、动名词等，但不能是动词原形。如：

　　The children are looking forward to your visit. 孩子们都盼望着你的到来。

　　此句 we looked forward to 是修饰 the letter 的定语从句，其前省略了用作宾语的关系代词 that, to 后的动词 came 是主句谓语，而不是介词 to 的宾语。
