It's good to share your worries or problems with other people. And also, I think living with friends also helps you learn to compromise, share things, and make an effort to talk to them even when you don't feel like socialising. However, you should be willing to make a few sacrifices. For one, you may have to adapt your lifestyle in certain ways. Then there's the matter of privacy. This is particularly true when your friend has their friends round - of whom you may not be such a fan - and they're using the common areas of the flat. Besides, what impresses me most is that my mother tries her best to educate me.
