(一)坚持听说训练，加深巩固单词在大脑中的痕迹。

每天都要坚持听英语磁带并跟着朗读

每天坚持20分钟，关键是要养成每天坚持练习的习惯。听力技能的提高可以大大提高英语课堂的听课效率，在英语学习过程中，一定要扩大听和读的练习时间。一方面，纠正自己发音的错误，大胆张口，学说一口地道的英语;另一方面，逐渐培养起自己的英语语感。

每天坚持背诵单词。
