学习啦在线学习网 　　My daughter got married last year, and last month delivered a baby who is named Little Orange. Accordingly I am promted to grandfather.

学习啦在线学习网 　　Traditionally a new Chinese mother is to be confined to the bedroom a month after giving birth. My daughter schedules her month’s stay in her husband’ home, taking care of herself and the baby.

　　Where she lives is near my settlement, just next subway stop. From time to time I go over to see the new baby. In fact, a casual walk can allow me to visit them.

学习啦在线学习网 　　Wrapped in long clothes, the baby sleeps so peacefully. Posingwildly in her sleep, she also exposes orchid shaped fingers.Somehow, we notice her occasional smile in sleep. But we are at a loss what it means.

　　Little Orange is one month old now. I believe she will crawl on the floor in a year, and is expected to grow lovely plaits. By then I will take her to parks. Of course, I will tell her stories. I can declare she has developed into my concern.

　　I wonder what she will acknowledge me as? Tidy?Optimistic?
