英语学习：At的基本含义及其搭配用法

　　一. 介词 at 用于表示时间的一个点

　　at six o'clock 在六点钟;

　　at noon (或 midnight ) 在中午(或半夜);

　　at daybreak (或dawn) 在破晓(或黎明)时;

　　at sunrise (或 sunset )太阳升起(或落山)时;

　　at the beginning (或 end ) of the meeting 会议开始(或结束)时;

　　at the age of ten (年龄)十岁时。

　　二. at 用于表示地点的一个点

　　at the office 在办公室;

　　【注1】除了 at London Airport 以外，上述其余举例中都可用介词 in 代替 at 。只是用 in 时，侧重表示在某一封闭的范围内。

　　【注3】如果 at 后接某人姓的所有格或某种行业人员的所有格，就可表示某人的住处或某种行业的店铺。例如：at his uncle's 在他叔叔家;at the grocer's 在食品杂货店。

　　at the bus-stop 在公共汽车站;

　　at the door (或 the entrance ) 在门口(或入口处);

　　at the window 在窗户旁边;
