ROSE: Good morning. Can I help you?
MR HUSSEIN: Good morning. Is this Modern Office Ltd.?

ROSE: May I have your name, please?
MR HUSSEIN: Hussein. Omar Hussein. I'm from the Gulf3 Trading Company.
