德国留学博士生奖学金如何申请
学习啦在线学习网一、在德国高校完成联合培养计划，取得中方颁发的博士学位;
二、在德国高校攻读博士，取得德方颁发的博士学位。
该奖学金的申请人，在申请时须已经获得了国内高校的硕士学位 (应届硕士毕业学习啦在线学习网生申请人，在提交申请时需出具在读证明;如获得了奖学金，则须在派出前提交硕士毕业证及学位证)。联合培养的申请人在申请时则需出具国内院校的博士在读证明。申请时距获得上一个学位的时间不超过6年，博士在读的时间不超过3年。
申请人在申请时，须已经拥有德国教授的正式邀请函，邀请函中应明确表达同意招收申请人为其博士生，为申请人提供学术指导以及提供工作场所的意愿。邀请函须由德方教授出具。参加结构式博士课程的申请人，在申请时需要出具相应的录取证明。除了优秀的学习成绩外，申请人提交在德的攻博科研计划也是重要的评审条件之一。该计划通常由申请人和德方导师共同制定。博士奖学金的面试通常在每年的6月或7月于北京举行。
学习啦在线学习网申请人在提交申请时，还需提交德语(德福4x4)或者英语的成绩证明(IELTS 5.5、TOEFL IBT 80)。DAAD视申请人的具体情况，决定是否在赴德之前为其提供相应的(对于奖学金生免费的)德语课程。对于资助期限大于6个月的奖学金生，DAAD为其提供最长为期6个月的德语课程。为了帮助奖学金生提高德语水平，我们还推荐网络德语课程“Deutsch-Uni Online (DUO)”。此外，奖学金生也可以自己选择德语培训机构和课程，并向DAAD申请相应的补助。
学习啦在线学习网递交申请时，申请人在德国居住的时间不得超过一年及以上，否则不在申请范围之内。根据申请人提交的在德博士科研计划，通常可向DAAD申请3年的资助。特殊情况可延长一年。对于申请联合培养(三明治模式)的申请人，资助期限一般是7-24个月。申请在德国攻读博士全额资助的申请人，在申请时需说明在德读博的必要性，如在国内缺少必要的科研条件等。
即使是获得了全额博士奖学金，首次开具的奖学金证明为期一年。一年之后，满足延长奖学金资助条件的奖学金生可以继续获得资助。语言课程的补助根据具体情况而定。对于联合培养的申请人，如果在首次申请中已提出，DAAD还可以支付导师的相关交通费用。
