　　英语申请信写作方法

　　⑴基本特点

　　入学申请书是要到国外某学校进修或学习，从而事先同该校取得联系并提出申请批推的一种书信。现在申请到国外求学的人越来越多，因此掌握人学申请书的写法是十分必要的。入学申请信的主要内容有：说明写信的原因和目的，一般人学申请书在正文开头即开门见山写出是为了申请入学的学校及专业才写这封信的，有的还写明是由专家或学者推荐而想进该校学习的;介绍自身的情况，若随信附有个人的学历证件、个人简历、著作摘要、文章或别的推荐信等也要在该部分写出，并说明附件的总数量;最后提出自己的希望和要求，如提供学校介绍的相关资料和入学申请表格。

　　⑵注意事项

　　介绍个人的情况包括自己的姓名、年龄、学历、工作经历、所学专业、进行的研究情况以及所取得的成绩等。另外，应向对方说明自己的经济资助情况，写明是否准备申请助学金或奖学金等。入学申请应重点展示自身教育背景和学习科研能力。实际上，在学校参加过的各种课外活动都可以算作经历;例如，参加过业余演出和辩论会，荣获过某种奖励，当过学生干部等，都可以写出来，让对方加深对你的了解。最后不要忘记事先对对方将给予的帮助表示感谢。
